At the heart of the Make A Difference Foundation is a dedicated group of volunteers—men and women from across the USA and Israel who give their time, energy, and love to support IDF soldiers on the front lines.
In Israel, over 45 MADF volunteers work tirelessly to deliver protective equipment, prepare hot meals, and hand-deliver supplies to soldiers in the field. Many of them work long hours—sometimes 10 hours straight—sacrificing time with their families, stepping away from their jobs, or volunteering after work into the late hours of the night. Their selflessness and dedication ensure that our heroes receive not only life-saving gear but also a much-needed morale boost.
And while volunteers in Israel serve on the ground, our incredible USA volunteers work behind the scenes to collect donations, gather essential gifts, and coordinate logistics. They are the backbone of this operation, ensuring that every soldier receives the support they need.
Delivering Gear, Joy, and Celebration
Recently, a group of MADF volunteers from Arizona traveled to Israel to personally deliver protective goggles to soldiers stationed on the southern front. But they didn’t just bring essential equipment—they also carried the spirit of Purim, delivering special holiday treats and sharing a warm, home-cooked meal with the troops.
For soldiers who have been fighting this war for over a year—many of them reservists who have been away from their families and jobs for over six months—this visit was a profound moment of joy. Seeing volunteers travel all the way from the USA to show their gratitude, share a meal, and bring Purim treats filled them with excitement, appreciation, and a renewed sense of hope.
