Supporting Israeli Resilience: MADF & C&L Team Up

Serving Israeli soldiers on and off the battlefield.

Hello!

Greetings from the Make A Difference Foundation. Today, we want to share with you a couple of inspiring stories of the efforts that your generous donations have supported through the Make A Difference Foundation.

C&L: From Trauma to Resilience

Our first partner is Tali, a dedicated member of our foundation. Tali is married to Tony, an old special forces army buddy of MADF co-founder Aaron Shuster. Often, they have to leave their home for months due to rockets being fired from Gaza. The Connections & Links organization focuses on PTSD training for therapists and family members of soldiers. Since the war started, they have been working nonstop to help many people in need. Their efforts are truly a blessing, as almost everyone in Israel needs PTSD help.

During our last trip, Bobby, Yose, Mitch, Caira, Vald and I visited soldiers at the Tel Hashomer Hospital and Rehabilitation Center near Tel Aviv. We met six different soldiers and listened to their heroic stories. When some could not speak due to their injuries, we sat with their family members, witnessing their incredible strength and resilience.

However, the need for support is ongoing, and our heroes continue to require our assistance every day.

We humbly urge you to consider continuing your support by visiting our website and sharing our story with others. Please consider a monthly recurring donation of $18 or more. ’18’ stands for life in Hebrew!
