Purchasing tourniquets From 511 Tactical supply’s in Phoenix Az. In Israel there was a shortage of tourniquets. On our first foundation trip, we personally hand delivered over 176 medical kits with tourniquets directly into the hands of soldiers on the borders of Gaza, Lebanon and Syria
