When the Call Comes, We Answer

Serving Israeli soldiers on and off the battlefield.

Hello!

Not every need fits neatly into a category.

Sometimes the requests we receive from the field are urgent, unexpected, and deeply specific — and they require fast action.

This week, we’re highlighting MADF’s ability to respond quickly to special requests from soldiers and units facing real-time challenges.

From a commander in the field:

“Our hostages are home, but we are still here on the battlefield defending Israel.”

“We’re going on a mission in three days and we’re in desperate need of updated vests so we can be protected.”

“Our current vests are from the ’70s and ’80s and are not sufficient for modern warfare.”

“Please help us get the equipment we need to defend ourselves and continue protecting our people, Am Yisrael Chai.”

When Soldiers Ask, We Listen

In 2025 alone, special requests included:

  • Emergency drone support for surveillance and safety

  • A bicycle for an IDF officer to move quickly between posts

  • Specialized gear not readily available through standard channels

These requests may seem small on paper — but in the field, they can be the difference between vulnerability and readiness.

Make A Difference Foundation purchases Level FOUR Protective Vests from Israeli manufacturers in Afula ISRAEL.

Members of our Foundation sat with the manufacturer and the manufacturer gives us discounts when we purchase Level Four Protective Vests.

Level Four is the highest protection being manufactured. Very few units get these vests from the IDF Israeli Defense Force.

Each life-saving vest costs us $1,640 USD.

Every donation amount helps us get more vests.

MADF volunteers hand deliver those vests directly into the hands of front level warriors.

Some vests “work” 24 hours a day. When one soldier is finished his time in the field guarding or on mission, the vest is handed to the next warrior.

Speed Saves Lives

MADF’s strength lies in flexibility. Because of your support, we can act without delay, sourcing what’s needed and getting it into the right hands quickly — often within days.

Every successful response sends a powerful message:

You are seen. You are supported.

Your support helps sustain this work.

If you’re able, please consider helping us remain ready to respond when the next urgent call comes.

Donate here and help us Make A Difference.
